Sure, sure, to some of you this will probably be an old video. Maybe even something you’ve already watched hundreds of time (like I have), but still even if there’s just one person who will see it for the first time my mission will be a full success.

And yes, there are quite a few videos like this one on YouTube and other sites, but in my opinion none of them really have anything on this one. Or well maybe there is something…

Warning: Plenty of swearing, and other questionable content. And yes, I know about the adult version of this video as well (and yes again, it is better as well, but not about to start posting things like that here).

Your blog was stumbled? Twice?!

Coincidences are a funny thing. Just few days ago I decided to revive my blog and start posting on a regular basis. After I had upgraded the blog to the latest nightly version (yes, living dangerously) and posted my first post in a few months, I had a look at my blog AwStats.

StumbleUpon

At first I thought it was some sort of bug, or mistake, but it was trying to tell me that I had more than ten thousand unique visitors last month. Usually it’s somewhere between one and two thousand, but November had ten thousand. Upon further investigation, it turned out that two of my posts had been stumbled without me knowing about it. More

Few months ago MaximumPC published a list of 9 Skills Every Nerd Needs. Soon thereafter Gizmodo posted their list which had 50 skills that every geek should have. And of course, this made them feel all womanly, to be one-upped by Gizmodo.

So they have come out with their own list of 50 Skills Every Real Geek Should Have.

Why Checklist in the title? Because I want to see how many of those things I’ve done/can do. And maybe even update it from time to time, if I don’t get all lazy again and start doing something else, which seems to happen quite often lately. Without further ado, let us begin! More

Hell hath no fury like a mother scorned. Or so I thought when I was reading this ridiculous article on “Daily Mail Online”. So apparently a Nintendo Scrabble game taught her child all sorts of dirty words.

My favourite excerpts from the article:

“Mrs Carrington tried out the program for herself on Ethan’s hand-held DS console and was taken aback when her ‘opponent’ laid down the word ‘t*ts’.”

“Any doubt was removed when the next word the computer offered was ‘f*ckers’, which it defined as ‘a slang word for chavs’.”

“‘I would have been horrified if Ethan had seen that word. “Sh*t” had come up as well. I was absolutely mortified.’”

My oh my, shits and tits. Though I really find the fuckers bit hilarious. A slang word for chavs indeed. You can read the full article here.
